At Sydney Run Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you need to request a refund or exchange, please review our return policy below.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns, Sydney Run Club reserves the right to cancel an event.
Full Refunds: If Sydney Run Club cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
Alternative Options: Whenever possible, Sydney Run Club will attempt to reschedule the event or offer alternative options to participants.
Notification: Participants must notify Sydney Run Club of their cancellation in writing (via email) as soon as possible.
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
7-14 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
Medical Emergencies: In cases of documented medical emergencies, Sydney Run Club may consider exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
Event Transfers: Participants may be able to transfer their registration to another runner with prior approval from Sydney Run Club.

Eligibility: Unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Original Payment: Receive a refund to your original payment method.
Store Credit: Receive store credit for future purchases.
Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes or items are subject to availability.
